If your Texas home or property was insured by Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance Company, Liberty Insurance Corporation, or Safeco Insurance Company Of Indiana (“Defendants” or “Liberty”) and you made a claim to Liberty for Structural Loss to your personal property on or after May 25, 2020, through May 5, 2025, this class action settlement may affect your rights.

A proposed Settlement has been reached in a class action about whether Defendants properly deducted Nonmaterial Depreciation when adjusting certain Structural Loss claims in Texas. If you qualify, you must submit a valid Claim Form to receive payment as part of this settlement. Please read this Class Notice carefully.
